This is achieved by using your own body weight and gravity, as a form of resistance. This may sound taxing for many, however, our instructors demonstrate that through simple adjustments to your body position and angle, you can begin at a lower intensity and progress when you feel ready.

A recent study reviewed the long-term effects of TRX suspension training with participants ranging from 21 to 71 years of age and found that those who performed a 60-minute class three times a week for eight weeks experienced the following:

- Resting systolic and diastolic blood pressure
- Saw improvements in strength, with one-rep max’s improving for:
