Small Group Personal Training (SGPT) is getting our member the great results that they are looking for and FAST.  This is predominantly due to the effectiveness of the sessions which are based upon the theory of high intensity interval training; creating an ‘afterburn’. The so-called “afterburn effect” is more officially known as Excess Post-Exercise Oxygen Consumption or simply, EPOC and is proven to burn fat for longer and build muscle for up to 32 hours after a session.
