Are you training frequently but not seeing the results? Or are you hoping to look you best for an upcoming holiday or wedding? Sometimes we need motivation and some professional advice to get where we want to go – that’s what our 6-week challenge is all about!
We understand that health and fitness doesn’t come with a one-size solution! Our 6-week challenge will give you access to our premium small group personal training program, which provides a wide variety of session styles, catering to all fitness levels. It also includes access to nutritional advice and support tailored to your personal preferences.
First, we conduct a brief assessment of where you are at and find out where you want to be. This includes body fat testing and some quick before photos – don’t worry, we’ll also take some after photos at the end of the 6-week fitness challenge so that you can see how much healthier you look!
We will review your diet and nutrition, providing advice to help you reach your goals. Does this mean that we’ll ask you to live on carrot sticks or expensive shakes? Not at all - we understand that healthy eating is more likely to occur when realistically achievable expectations are set.
Your fitness will be challenged through 45 minute sessions designed to get maximum results in minimum time. These small group sessions include HIIT (cardio), Kettlebells, Strength (barbells), Boxing, TRX, Yoga, Pilates and more. Our fabulous coaches and local community members will keep you motivated and having fun throughout your 6-week challenge.
